Hoseasons travel Store Info: Travel Category: Travel Product Details: Casa Tanneck is a small, slightly old fashioned villa that is very popular with couples or small families thanks to its convenient location within easy walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and is also just over 2km from the beach and attractive town of Moraira, where there is a wide variety of amenities. Set in a quiet residential area, the villa has an unusual layout, with a circular lounge bordered by an oval shaped conservatory and terrace. Built on just one level, it is an ideal holiday home for couples or families with children wanting to be close to all amenities. The kidney shaped swimming pool (7m x 3m, depth 2m, with ladder) and sun terraces have lots of space and enjoy the sunshine for virtually all the day, although the conservatory and rear terrace offer plenty of shade should you need it. One storey. Entrance into a spacious lounge with basic satellite TVand DVD, and doors opening into an oval shaped conservatory with dining area, 2nd lounge and doors opening onto the pool, sun terraces and BBQ area. Small fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 1 twin, 1 double and shower/WC. There is also an outside shower and spiral staircase leading to a rooftop terrace (care should be taken with children up here) with panoramic views. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeovers only between 18 July and 28 August.
