There is a welcome shaded and beamed veranda around 2 sides of the house, as well as a flower-filled garden, stone BBQ, swimming pool (7m x 3.5m, depth 1.2m to 1.9m, with steps and slightly raised edges at the sides) and plenty of space for sunbathing. Comfortable and pleasantly furnished with handy mosquito screens on all windows, Catalina Petit is ideal for couples or families with children. Car hire essential Single storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD player and wood burning stove, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer and full cooker (washing machine outside in utility room), 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, full bathroom. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Saturday changeovers between 23 May - 25 Sep, anyday arrivals at other times.
